Interpretation Guide

The interpretation guide translates model patterns into diagnostic questions and repair strategies.

Do Not Overread the Model

The model is a thinking aid, not an oracle. Its values are interpretive estimates. It helps organize questions, but it does not remove the need for judgment, humility, and context.

From Pattern to Diagnosis

When you see an Objective Evidence to Perceived Evidence gap (E0-EP), ask about evidence access, measurement quality, statistical tools, and framing. When you see a Perceived Evidence to Assigned Credence gap (EP-CA), ask about emotional threat, identity protection, incentives, public commitment, and social cost of revision.

From Diagnosis to Repair

Deep-rational repairs include better data, better priors, better likelihood comparisons, feedback, and education. Core-rational repairs include lowering defensive threat, rewarding revision, practicing uncertainty, and making belief change socially survivable.
